Mail-in orders
Not local? No problem. Shipping is free — we cover your USPS label (up to $15). Book first, then follow these steps and we'll email your label.
Labels are for customers with an order. Book your size — your confirmation email from Stripe contains a receipt number; you'll need it in step 4.
A sturdy box, photos bundled with rubber bands or in envelopes, gaps filled with paper so nothing shifts. Skip loose album pages if you can — and never send the only copy of anything loose in a soft envelope.
Length, width, and height in inches — round up. For weight, the bathroom scale trick: weigh yourself holding the box, then without it, subtract. Round up to the next pound.
Fill in the boxes below and tap the button — it opens an email to us, pre-filled with everything. Send it from the address you want the label delivered to.
We'll reply with your USPS label (usually within a day). Print it, tape it to the box, and drop it at any post office or give it to your mail carrier. Tracking comes to both of us automatically.
