Everything people ask us, answered straight.
Two weeks from the day we receive your photos, and most orders come back faster. For comparison, the big mail-in services typically quote 4–6 weeks, and their customer reviews are full of orders that took months.
600 DPI — the same standard the premium national services advertise. That's sharp enough to reprint your photos at their original size or larger, not just view them on a screen. Every photo is scanned individually by hand, never fed through a bulk machine.
You get every single one back, exactly as you gave them to us, together with your new digital copies. Your photos are handled by our family, in our care, the whole time — they never get shipped to a warehouse across the country.
Local drop-off or pickup is how most of our customers do it — email or call and we'll arrange a time and place that suits you. If you're not local, get in touch and we'll talk through a mail-in option.
Your choice: a USB stick, or a download link — whichever is easier for you. Both are included in the price. Your files are organized into clearly named folders so you can actually find things.
Get in touch and we'll price it up for your exact collection — big jobs usually work out better per photo.
Very possibly — but these need a conversation first, because delicate originals deserve extra care and some albums shouldn't be taken apart. Send us a note describing what you have before booking, and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
We redo it, free. That's our guarantee, and with every photo scanned by hand we rarely need to make good on it — but it's there.
Every Buy button goes to Stripe — the same payment company used by millions of businesses. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page, never on ours. The price you see on our pricing page is the whole price: no fees, no subscriptions, no extras.
No problem, and no penalty. We'll simply sort out the difference to match the listed price for your real count — the same price you'd have paid anyway.
