How it started
Pixelated Past began with a simple question: what happens to all those printed photos sitting in the closet?
Roman teamed up with his aunt to answer it. His very first customer was his aunt herself — he hand-scanned more than 2,000 of her photographs and delivered every one back to her on a single USB drive, originals included. She loved it, word spread, and a business was born. Today it's still run the same way it started: by one family, one photo at a time.
